Tap the muscular man to pump him up and aim for a high score within the time limit. If you slack off and his muscles shrink, he'll fly away and it's game over. Conversely, if you pump him up too much, you won't earn any points. Maintaining the appropriate muscle mass and efficiently earning points is key. Tapping randomly appearing protein will greatly restore muscle mass.
How to play
Control by tapping. Maintaining the green gauge muscle mass grants the highest score. As time passes, the muscle loss speed increases.
